Taylor Wiseman & Taylor provided planning, engineering, land surveying and environmental permitting services for this mixed-use community in Marlton, New Jersey. Comprising a total area of approximately 150 acres, the project includes office, retail, restaurant, medical office and age-restricted residential uses. The retail portion of the project includes The Promenade at Sagemore, a regional “lifestyle center”. Design services performed by TWT included roadway and parking lot design (including state highway improvements for adjacent NJSH Route 73), utility design, stormwater management, landscape architecture, site lighting and design of recreational facilities.
