CAPE MAY MARINA

R.C. Engineering & Management Associates contracted with our firm to obtain permits for development of 28 residential dwelling units and to provide parking, building and related improvements to upgrade the existing marina at the 10.3-acre site in the City of Cape May, Cape May County, New Jersey. The development
included reconstruction of a one-story marina office into a three-story office and clubhouse. The project included the addition
of 14 boat slips to the existing 196 slips at the marina, extension of a floating dock, and construction of new bulkhead. A CAFRA Individual Permit, Waterfront Development Individual Permit, and Water Quality Certificate were obtained from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Land Use Regulation Program for the proposed development.
