SPRINGVILLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Taylor Wiseman & Taylor performed all survey and Civil/Site design services for the new Springville Elementary School for the Mt. Laurel Township Board of Education.
Services performed included outbound survey, topographic survey/mapping, as-built utility surveys, wetland delineation/mapping design of site improvements and permit acquisition for potable water supply, sanitary sewer extension, NJDEP Wetlands General Permits and soil erosion and sediment control.
Site improvements included parking/driveway facilities, pedestrian access, improvements to the abutting county roadway including left turn lanes and corresponding striping, grading and drainage. A potable water supply study was performed to ensure that adequate supply was available for the school needs. The site also required the design and permitting for a new sanitary sewer pumping station and force main as well
as a significant off-site water main extension. Taylor Wiseman & Taylor prepared complete construction contract documents, including plans, specifications and estimates for the site/civil work on the project.
